Your resident hosts Clive and Diane would like to offer you a warm welcome to Avron House bed and breakfast guest house in Babbacombe, Torquay. We are located just a ten minute walk from the breathtaking Babbacombe Downs and Cliff Railway, and a 15 minute downhill walk to Torquay town centre and harbour. We are also within walking distance of many local attractions, but far enough away to give you that quiet retreat for a relaxing break.

Avron House is an elegant Victorian property with many original features. We are situated in a quiet residential location overlooking a wooded green with plenty of free on-road parking. We are a family-run bed and breakfast, where we pride ourselves on high levels of cleanliness and service. Your freshly cooked to order breakfast is served every morning in the elegant and sunny guest dining room. All ingredients are locally sourced, including free-range hens from a local farm in Paignton.

Bedrooms at Avron House include single, double, kingsize and twin. All rooms have en-suite facilities, colour television with digital free view and hot drinks tray. For the comfort of our guests, all rooms are serviced daily throughout your stay and clean towels and toiletries are supplied to ensure your stay is a comfortable and relaxed one.

For that special treat, why not book our Balcony Suite? A large double en-suite room with large bay window overlooking the park to the front of the property, and a separate dressing area with patio doors out onto your own balcony where you can admire the sea views across the rooftops of Torquay!

Our licensed bar is small but well stocked. We sell ales brewed in Paignton at the award winning Bays Brewery. Our residents´ lounge is a "quiet" room (no TV) where you can sit and relax with a book, socialise with other guests (and ourselves), enjoy a drink from the bar, plan your day´s activities, or just watch the world go by through the large bay window.

Tariff
We have one price throughout the year to make it easier for you to calculate your accommodation costs:

One night stay: from £37.50 per person
Two to six nights: from £36.00 per person per night
Seven nights: from £224.00 per person per week
