Devon Holiday Guide stayed at this guest house in October 2010 - we was made to feel very welcome by our host Tonia. We stayed in a twin room that had all the amenities we could ask for. The room was modern and exceptionally clean, any request were dealt with immediatly and always with a smile. Also the breakfast was first class. We would highly recommend Breken guest house.

Your hosts, Tonia, Jessica and Steve would like to welcome you to Breken Guest House in Exmouth.

Breken is a family run Guest House situated in a convenient location in the heart of Exmouth, within five minutes level walking distance of the golden sandy beach, newly developed marina, town centre, bus and train station.

The position of the guest house makes it an ideal base from which to tour this area of outstanding natural beauty.

We guarantee you a warm welcome and a relaxed and friendly stay in our bed and breakfast accommodation.

A traditional English breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.00am weekdays and 8.00am to 9.00am at the weekend.
Please advise us of any special dietary requirements that you may have, either before your stay or on arrival and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

All our bedrooms have been designed with comfort and style in mind. Spacious and bright they are all en-suite with the exception of room 5 which has sole use of a toilet just in the hall. You can expect a remote 60 channel digital television, complimentary hot drinks facilities as standard while hairdryers, irons and cots available on request.
