Situated in a peaceful and tranquil rural setting, three properties converted from former barns and approached via a private driveway. There are some lovely countryside walks directly from the property as well as the long rugged National Trust coastlines of North Devon and Cornwall, which are a short drive away and offer a range of popular sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves. The market town of Holsworthy is a short drive and offers a range of traditional shops and there are some lovely family pubs close by which serve good food. Attractions to enjoy include Dartmoor, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, Clovelly and much more. In the evenings relax on the shared lawn area.
All three properties have lovely countryside views and retain much of their original charm with exposed beams and stonework. Leisure facilities: 1 fishing lake and 0.5 miles of river fishing on the Walden. Shared utility room: laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Outside: 15 acres for you to explore, open communal garden area with swing/slide and seating opening out to lakes and river. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and night storage heating included. Dogs welcome. Welcome hampers with local produce provided. Shared fishing rod and boot room available. Location: beach 12 miles, shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.

Rainbow Cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with memory foam mattress, 1 twin and 1 single. Shower room: located downstairs with WC. Lounge/diner: with electric fire, TV, DVD. Kitchen: small area with cooker, fridge, microwave, electric fire, TV and DVD.
