Description

ORCHARD WITH PICNIC AREA, SWIMMING POOL (SEASONAL), RARE BREED ANIMALS

Set in a totally rural location, this property is approached via narrow lanes which carry very little local traffic. Offering utter peace and tranquillity, this delightful annexe nestles in the South Hams of South Devon and is a perfect place to stay on your holiday. It´s an area of exceptional beauty and contrast with river estuaries, rolling hills and thatched cottages surrounding the lovely old towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Modbury and Ivybridge. There are many family beaches in the South Hams and there are many attractions nearby including the English Riviera, Kent Caverns, Plymouth Marine Aquarium, Dartmoor and Exeter. If you prefer to stay closer to home you can enjoy a swim in the enclosed heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), relax in the secluded gardens or explore the land and see the owner´s rare breeds animals.

The accommodation which is arranged over three floors offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: with shower attachment and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, hi-fi and woodburner. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge and microwave. Spin-dryer in cupboard with use of owner´s washing machine. Outside: use of large enclosed gardens. Amenities: parking for 1 car.
