These eco-friendly contemporary lodges, with their grass and flower roofs, are awaiting grading by the Green Tourism Business Scheme and are positioned in a tranquil location on the edge of Holsworthy. The nearby town of Holsworthy offers a variety of pubs, shops and restaurants and the sandy surfing beaches and rugged North coast at Bude are just a 20 minute drive. There are lots of local attractions in the area including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Launceston Steam Railway, the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore and numerous golf courses, to name just a few.
These single storey lodges have been built and furnished to a high standard. Leisure facilities: the lodges are situated overlooking the owner´s public coarse fishing lakes which are well stocked with Carp, Roach and Rudd and free to fish for residents staying at the lodges. Please note that correct fishing equipment is required for safety and the well-being of the fish. The further unfenced wildlife pond is a haven for a variety of birds and is the perfect place for nature lovers with numerous trails to discover. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating included October - April, otherwise £25 per week payable to the owner. Regret no pets or smoking.
