You will be close to Instow with its sand dune beach and amazing sunsets, along with the 3 miles of surfing beach and world famous Links Golf Course at Westward Ho! The fishing village of Appledore, with its many pubs and restaurants is also nearby. Take a walk along the river bank through the park to Bideford town and enjoy a meal out at one of the many pubs and restaurants. Alternatively stroll to the nearby licensed Riversford Hotel or Yeoldon House which are open to non-residents and serve good food and delicious cream teas. After a long day exploring, relax and enjoy a BBQ on the decking overlooking the popular Tarka Trail or take a long leisurely soak in the spa bath. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double four-poster bedroom with en-suite bathroom with spa bath, WC and handbasin, which is accessed via a galleried staircase, and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor. Shower room: on the ground floor with shower, handbasin and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan with electric cooker, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV/video/DVD and music system. Outside: french doors lead from the lounge/dining area onto the decked patio with garden furniture and BBQ, with views out over the river. Amenities: parking for 2 cars.
